ADHD Assessment: 3 Montly Instalments
Our comprehensive assessment journey is designed to be supportive and straightforward. Here are the steps we take:
Step 1: Secure Your Assessment
Pay for the Assessment: You will first pay for your chosen assessment via our website. Payment options include full payment or our 3-month instalment plan.
Note on Instalments: Payment 1 is processed at the time of booking. Payment 2 is processed one month later and must be completed before your assessment appointment can take place. Payment 3 (final) is processed one month after Payment 2.
Report Delivery: Please note that the comprehensive assessment report will only be sent to you once the third and final payment has been processed and the instalment plan is complete.
Step 2: Complete Your Forms
Once your appointment is booked, we will send you several automated emails to complete your registration and provide essential information.
Registration: You will fill in your personal details and sign consent forms.
Questionnaires: You will complete pre-assessment clinical questionnaires online. This is the first step in determining how we can best support your needs.
Step 3: Your Appointment
This is your dedicated appointment day, which combines tailored assessments and an in-person interview.
Client Appointment: Your in-person appointment will include a personal interview, observations, and tailored assessments with your experienced clinician, lasting approximately 2 hours.
Step 4: Outcome and Report
Following your appointment, you will receive detailed feedback and documentation.
Discussion: Our team will hold a confidential MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) discussion to review your results and explore potential diagnoses.
Report: You will receive a comprehensive assessment report, regardless of whether or not a diagnosis is made. The report is yours to keep and share as you choose.
Sharing Report: If you would like the AAC to share the report with other people (e.g., your GP or employer), there is an administrative fee of £125.
Feedback: You have the option to attend a follow-up appointment (in person or online) to discuss the outcome and ask any questions. You are welcome to bring a person for support.
