Combined Autism & ADHD Assessment: 3 Monthly Installments

£917.00 every month for 3 months

Our comprehensive assessment journey is designed to be supportive and straightforward. Here are the steps we take:

Step 1: Secure Your Assessment

  • Pay for the Assessment: You will first pay for your chosen assessment before booking your appointment. Pay & Book here (add payment page URL)

  • Book Your Date: Immediately after payment, you will receive a secure link to our online booking system where you can select your preferred clinician, location, date, and time.

Step 2: Complete Your Forms

Once your appointment is booked, we will send you several automated emails to complete your registration and provide essential information.

  • Registration: You will fill in your personal details and sign consent forms.

  • Questionnaires: You will complete pre-assessment clinical questionnaires online.

  • Informant: We will ask you to name somebody who knew you well during your childhood and teenage years (an 'informant') to provide additional insights. If you do not have an informant, the MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) will discuss how to proceed.

Step 3: Your Appointment

This is your dedicated appointment day, which combines calls and an in-person session.

  • Informant Interview: We conduct an online interview with your chosen informant for additional background.

  • Client Appointment: Your in-person appointment will include a personal interview, observations, and tailored assessments with your experienced clinician, lasting approximately 4 hours (including breaks).

Step 4: Outcome and Report

Following your appointment, you will receive detailed feedback and documentation.

  • Discussion: The team will hold a confidential MDT meeting to review the outcome of the assessment.

  • Report: You will receive a comprehensive assessment report, regardless of whether or not a diagnosis is made. The report is yours to keep and share as you choose.

  • Sharing Report: If you would like the AAC to share the report with other people (e.g., your GP or employer), there is an administrative fee of £125.

  • Feedback: You have the option to attend a follow-up appointment (in person or online) to discuss the outcome and ask any questions. You are welcome to bring a person for support.
